Golden Crescent Realty is open 7 days a week. When you hire a REALTOR® from Golden Crescent Realty, you are hiring an entire team committed to selling your home. If your primary agent is not available, our brokerage/agents will be happy to assist. If your primary agent knows they will not be available, you will be notified in advance of who your point of contact will be in the event you have any questions.
When we first meet with a seller, we ask about the preferred method of communication. Some sellers want us to text them due to work schedules, others want an email or a phone call. We use whatever method works for the seller. In addition, we watch the market closely and will update our sellers on a regular basis as to what is new on the market and/or what has recently sold that could impact the pricing of their home. Of course, we always communicate with our sellers when there is a showing to make sure it is okay for an agent to show the property and provide any feedback received after the showing.

- First, we do a thorough market analysis of your home to make sure it is priced right for the market. Remember, no amount of marketing can sell an over-priced home!

- We will syndicate your property to hundreds of other online sites dedicated to displaying properties for sale such as Realtor.Com, Zillow, etc.
- We will display your property on our website, as well as, all associated videos we have created for your property.
- We create videos to put on social media sites to get the word out about your property.
- We include a 3D Virtual tour of your house as one of our core services.
- We will do an open house if it is convenient for the seller. (Multiple if needed)

We utilize a two-step process when doing a market analysis for you.
